About David Burge
In 2006 I was admitted to hospital with severe acute pancreatitis. The doctors put me in a coma and gave me a 20% chance of survival. Against the odds and after seven weeks in a coma I came to, not knowing where I was and 42 pounds lighter. During the coma I had amazing colourful dreams and I can still remember them in great detail. The dreams were my reality.
I recovered and started looking at things in a different way. I could see the beauty in almost everything. What if I had not recovered. I always wanted to be a photographer but did not have the means or courage to take the leap. So a change was needed.
Now I am a qualified photographer living in Sunbury on Thames, UK and loving life. Please view my work on http://www.davidburge.co.uk
Many thanks.
David
